Our Company was initially incorporated as a one person private limited company by Dr. Jatin Bharatsing Patil under the name and style ‘Vishwamitrayu Overseas OPC Pvt. Ltd.s’ under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated Oct 31 2023 issued by the Ministry Of Corporate Affairs. Our Company is initially engaged in the business of export of banana. We maintain hand picked quality stocks and distribute them to different importes, etc. We provide them in bulk quantities. We follow standard packing process to ensure that quality and authentic taste of commodities remains intact.
